P3 Jalapeno Poppers

Jalapeno Poppers


•3 jalapenos

•3 slices NSA bacon

•2oz shredded pepperjack cheese

•2oz cream cheese

1.Preheat oven to 450.

2.Remove stems & seeds from peppers and slice in 1/2 lengthwise.

3.In small bowl, mix cream cheese & pepperjack.

4.Fill each pepper half with the cheese mixture.

5.Wrap 1/2 slice bacon around each pepper half.

6.Place on a non-stick baking sheet and bake for 5-15 mins until bacon is cooked/heated through.
