INGREDIENTS
4 egg white
5 tablespoons of sugar-free cocoa
Stevia to taste - use peppermint flavored stevia for best results
DIRECTIONS
1) Preheat oven to 225F (Yes, I really mean 225)
2) Whip egg white until firm (stiff peaks)
3) Carefully fold in cocoa and stevia
4) Drop spoonfuls onto a baking sheet that has the SLIGHTEST amount of oil (you really don't want the pan to be slick, so use just a tiny bit!)
5) Bake in the oven until the Meringues are dry (about an hour)
